Villa Golf y Mar is in a quiet location on the prestigious Fuerteventura Golf Resort near Caleta de fuste, and enjoys fabulous views across the Golf Course to the sea beyond. The beaches of Caleta are within walking distance, as are a large selection of shops and restaurants.

The master bedroom located on the first floor has a kingsize and a single bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers and a roomy East facing terrace with bistro set, perfect for that morning cup of coffee. Bedroom 2 (twin beds) is also on the first floor and it too has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and a further spacious West facing terrace with bistro set for your sundowner. The family bathroom located on the first floor boasts a bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and large marble set basin.
Bedroom 3 (twin) is located on the ground floor and has wardrobes, chest of drawers and is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.

The spacious living room on the ground floor hosts a large Plasma TV with UK and Sky TV channels, CD/DVD player (library of DVDs provided), IPOD dock and Wi-Fi, double doors the width of the room lead onto a large shaded terrace with dining table for up to 6, and a bbq and is perfect for al fresco dining. The large secluded plot has a landscaped private garden and has gates which are lockable from the inside and outside so are very secure for little ones. There is also a large sunny sunbathing area with 4 sun-beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with all the cooking implements required for a holiday in the sun. Appliances on offer include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and smoothie maker. There is also a dining room off the kitchen for those rare occasions when outside dining isn't feasible.
Guests have access to the private children’s and adults swimming pool, situated 75m from the villa, which is exclusive to fellow Villa owners and guests. Access to the pool area is gained via card fob which will be found at the villa on arrival.

A further flat terraced area provides a lovely spot in which to sunbathe and soak up the sun, with sunbeds.

Villa Golf y Mar is adjacent to to the 17th tee of The Fuerteventura Golf Course and is just a 5 minute stroll from the Club House located in the luxurious 5* Elba Palace Golf Hotel which boasts luxurious facilities such as bars, restuarants, gym (fee payable), tennis (fee payable). . The Course,which was home to the Spanish Open Championship in 2004, welcomes visiting golfers and tee times can be booked in advance if required although availability is generally good.
A 10 minute stroll takes you to the Atlantico Centre with a large variety of shops a large supermarket with a fabulous offering of fresh meat, fish and vegetables, and an array of bars of restaurants.
