A cute new two bedroom, two bathroom air-conditioned villa with a garden and pool, wireless internet, parking, this warm and tranquil villa will give you a bit of everything.This villa is arranged on two floors

Ground floor:

This is an open plan living area with beautiful wooden flooring, large modern sofa easily seating six people flat screen TV modern and light space with exit to a big terrace with gorgeous view to the see, table and chairs are perfect for watcing sunset and maybe have a glass of wine. Modern kitchen with a counter and two bar stools perfect for breakfast and with all modern conveniences microwave, fridge - freezer, toaster, kettle all the cutlery, plates, glasses and cooking utensils are provided. There is also back door to garden where is an outside kitchen area with BBQ and beautiful marble table and teak chairs.

First floor

The first floor features a hallway bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe, and another bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe, and balcony with sea views.

The villa has an attractive private garden and a pool surrounded by a terrace on which can be found sun loungers and parasols.

Mr. Drury We are very sorry that you have left our house with such regret, since you've sad so many things I have obligations to other clients to answer to them. First of all you have never met the owner of the villa ,just manegers . We are sorry that your 10 months old son couldn't use the pool but you have never explicitly ask that pool should be heated above standard 26 degress Celzius, that you did we would in start told you that it is not possible . Unfortunately we had malfuntion on the heater and as servicer of the pool explain to you even that it did work water wouldn't be heated on the 30C, guy who cleans the pool every second day measure the temperature and it was 26C what is the standard, you had a really bed wether for a few days and I understand your frustracion about it but not that much that you will get refund of the money. For all other complaints about towels , corkscrew, shower had , pilows you should just say to us since we were in contact often . We are also very sorry that you have left the house earlyer than you said that you will so that we missed each other. TripAdvisor has roules about renting propertys and we respect them so the guest should . If you accept the house and spend 10 days in it than you should pay for it. You are the firs guests who comlaind on us and on the house all others were more than pleased since we give our best to keep everything in perfect order so that guests have their perfect holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dubrovnik (the owner) a message.

If Dubrovnik (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
