Villa Acqua is one of the Lefkas G-Villas, a complex of villas builded in 2012, with the latest principles of eco-friendly houses; Features like these are its environmental friendly orientation, the green materials that they were used, the curved roofs aiding airflow for natural ventilation, green vegetable garden e.t.c

Villa Acqua, offers you the chance to live a more relaxed pace of life, in pure opulence within the picturesque setting of Marantochori village, in the southwest side of Lefkada only 5 minutes away from the sea. Enjoying the view of idyllic hillsides full of trees and feeling that you are in a small paradise.

Villa Acqua is private, autonomous, filled with trees and flowers, with its own entrance, parking and swimming pool with pool furniture, where you can enjoy your coffee or lunch next to the pool.

It can accommodate from 2 to 5 people, with 2 master bedrooms (king size bed) and one wooden mezzanine with a bunk. Both master bedrooms are ensuite, with jacuzzi, and there is also another communal bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the required electrical appliances.

The stylish interior offers an elegant fireplace, high quality ceramic tiles and atmospheric recessed lighting throughout. There is also Wi-Fi internet connection and satellite TV. Outside, Villa Acqua has a private swimming pool.

The villas are located in the southern side of Lefkada, in Marantochori village (50 km from Aktio National Airport), nearby you will find a supermarket, bakery, patisserie, grill taverna, a beach-bar and a gas-station among others. Vassiliki and Sivota with a health centre, pharmacies, a police station, post office, ATM, clubs, bars and restaurants are located 8 km and 4 km respectively.

Only, 3 km away there are some magnificient beaches like Ammouso beach, Kastri and many little private bays where you can enjoy swimming. The convenient location of G-Villas offers you the opportunity to go anywhere you like for a swim, a walk, shopping, clubbing or entertainment in 5'- 30'.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Lefkas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
