The villa is located on the hills overlooking the beautiful medieval village of St. Paul de Vence. The villa is an airy and spacious family home with luxury amenities. The property is completely fenced with a spacious garden. Perfect for exploring all of what the French Riviera has to offer or staying in to relax and enjoy the salt water pool, play ground, trampoline, pizza oven, pool table, ping pong, basketball, top of the range entertainment system.

This is an opportunity for one or two families to enjoy a memorable holiday in the heart of the French Riviera. Boasting light and airy interiors, the villa is ideal for those wanting to unwind and relax. With a stunning over-spill salt water pool, exercise area, sauna and two separate areas for alfresco dining the amenities will make you feel at home straight away.

Children will enjoy the playground, trampoline, ping pong table, basketball, even making their own pizza. When tired they can enjoy reading a book from the library, playing billiards or enjoying a film from the extensive collection of DVD's watched on the state of the art surround sound system.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor and two on the first floor. For the security conscious there is an intruder alarm and smoke detectors throughout the house that are connected to a monitoring service and can be activated by request. The front door is also reinforced with a secondary wrought iron gate and magnetic lock.

How do damage deposits work?
