Villa Dioni lies on a great spot between Coral Bay and Sea Caves.
The villa is amazing and only 300m away from the sea. The view from the villa is really fantastic. There is Wi-fi (FREE INTERNET ),satelite TV (limited free channels ), table tennis , jacuzzi, PLAY STATION 2 with more than 20 games.
There is streaming media player device that is takes content from the iternet and displays it on the TV. It has access to more than 1800+ channels, like Youtube, Pandora, PBS, PBSkids, Hasbro, Crackle, VEVO, CranchyRoll, Baeble, Popcornflix, Smithsonian, food channels, fitness, fashion, Allrecipes, NetFit, Yahoo Screen, The scene, A&E, HISTORY, Lifetime and much more.
There are 3 Led TVs. One 40" in sitting room and the other two 32" are in each double bedroom.
The villa itself is very spacious - There are four large bedrooms all with their own bathroom. There is a large kitchen and separate utility room. There is a spacious lounge area with free wi-fi. .Villa is fully air conditioning.Air conditioning is optional/extra(if required) and is payable locally 5 euros per unit per day. The outside area is large with sunbeds, parasols, BBQ area and very nice pool.It is in a beautiful location with views of the local countryside and sea. Coral Bay is just a short drive away where there are restaurants, shops, petrol station and a large supermarket.
Its a great place especially outdoors with the extensive terracing offering plenty of shade if necessary. Villa is big and spacious and different families could mix or not as they like. It is equipped with everything you could want.
The rooms all have Air conditioning and upstairs rooms all have access to a large balcony area , via patio doors, with lovely extensive sea views. The views of the sea are a wonderful backdrop to the large pool area which is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and a pretty garden . The Gazebo and Barbeque area are great for long lazy afternoons and you can find it as your favourite location for many dinner parties at night.

A 100 meters private road drives you to the villa. At the end there is a stone plaza with a stone fountain. Here there is a parking area.
A few stone steps lead to another stone plaza and a small garden lies across this plaza. At the end of this plaza there is a lawned garden that leads to the pool area. In the middle of this stone square there is the main entrance of the villa. On the entrance of the villa there is a small hall leading from the left to a twin bedroom and to a shower. In the middle there is a comfortable sitting room with satellite TV and from the right to the main kitchen. The large kitchen is well fitted with wooden units and has dishwasher, microwave . A washing machine is also located in the utility room.
From the sitting area as well from the kitchen and the hall, balcony doors lead to a very big veranda. Some steps take you down to the pools square. The pools dimensions are 10m x 5m ( depth 1m-2m ). On this square there is also a barbecue and a summer house. Four flore scents given a green touch to the pool square. On the right of the main entrance a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor. Climbing the stairs you find your self in a small kitchen area. This area leads to the three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin bedroom with en-suit a shower, the second is the master bedroom with a five feets double bed with en- suit shower +jacuzzi. The third bedroom is also a five feets double bed with en-suit bathtub.
From the two double beds bedrooms and the small kitchen balcony doors lead to a big veranda with pergola. The interior of the villa is fully air conditioned. The view from inside and outside of the villa is extra ordinary. All the verandas and the pool square are surrounded by stone columns giving to the villa the feeling of a small palace.

The two double bedrooms have their own LED TV smart with access to a streaming media player device.
