Casa Antonio is a beautiful secluded villa in the heart of the Italian countryside in Pietranico. The living areas are split over two floors and it's a holiday home that feels just like that-a home! The well-equipped villa comfortably sleeps 8 people in 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room, and there's a double sofa bed in the 4th room which is an upstairs living area. All the bedrooms (including the sofa bed) are upstairs. I do also have a very strong camp bed (single) which would suit a child making that a total of 9 guest. All bedrooms are big enough to add the camp bed too. Your own private swimming pool is completely gated in so it's ideal for familes. You can enjoy the stunning panaramic views from your balconies, yet you're only a 5 minute drive away to all the local amenities in the busy historic town of Torre De Passeri.

Here you'll find bars, restaurants, 2 super markets and other shopping. You can also enjoy the local street market every Saturday morning. Extensive sandy beaches are 35 min drive away in and around Pescara. At the coast you can find many shops, restaurants or just lounge on the beaches. For those that prefer a more active holiday, the nearby mountains provide many hiking trails, touring and picnicking opportunities. In addition, there are many Roman ruins, medieval castles, churches and other historical sites and 2 national parks all within the Abruzzo region.

Casa Antonio is very easily reached and superbly positioned for peace and quiet and provides a tranquil escape from the busy modern day life. It's easily accessible by car or train from either Rome or Pescara, each in turn served by a wide choice of low-cost and regular airlines.

I will provide all bedding & indoor towels but ask that you kindly bring your own pool/beach towels. They can be rented for a small fee of e5. This is a washing fee. There's a selection of DVD films for both young and old, various books & toys (Boys toys mostly!) To keep you occupied as well as some games. Also a toddler push chair.

Check out is 9am and check in 4pm. I will be flexible where possible tho.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Teresa (the owner) a message.

    If Teresa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
