Our Villa Nautica is located N 42.669418 E 18 075488 E, 5 km NW from Dubrovnik historical center, direct on the coast, 25 meters from the sea where we have our private terraced beach with shaders, stairs to the sea and deck chairs. Next to it is our private dock with mooring for three boats size up to 15 meters, as well as slipway for the boats up to 10 meters and dinghies.

The Villa is placed on 4000 square meters property which is mainly designed with stone gardens, olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, pine trees, and other mediteranian plants. The Villa consist of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, huge kitchen with dinning room and living room equipped with 50” LCD SAT TV. On the second floor we have separate apartment which has the acces from the house, but also, separate entrance from the garden. This apartment is part of the villa and it consists of double bedroom, kitchen, living room , bathroom with jaccuzy and dinning room. The interior design is very modern, functional and equipped at high standards: Full airconditioning system, wireless internet access, SAT TV, There is also big swimming pool and several sunbading terraces, the gardens are lit during the night. One of the terraces is roofed and there is summer kitchen with barbeque and dinning for 12 persons.

In front of the house there is garage and parking for 4 cars.

If you want to spend relaxing vacation, close to the sea, close to magnificent Dubrovnik, but still out of its noise nights and jumed traffic, where you wake up with a bird songs and listen Cyclades during the day and where your day ends with the most beautiful sunset, where the nights are so quiet with clear skys and bright moon and stars, than our Villa Nautica is your right choice.

Your landlord is pleasant and very communicative person speaking fluent English, German, Italian and Spanish language. He welcomes you with a good wine goat cheese and other house products. On your wish, he is standing at your disposal during your whole stay.

Gardener and pool maintenance is on owners expence.

We can also provide cleaning, cooking and hostess for you.

There is also our power yacht on demand as well as fishing trips, water sports, jet surf etc..
