Casa Eleganza : an elegant villa comprising a two bedroom apartment with panoramic views, in a quiet area in the heart of Tremezzo. Originally a large villa, the property has recently undergone substantial refurbishment to create a luxurious ground floor apartment with garden and stunning lake views. Through the double electric gates you can drive into garden terrace area and park your car in a private space. You will be immediately struck by the beauty of the area and the lovely lake view that will be yours to admire from your garden, which is equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. Entry to the apartment is via one of three spectacular sliding glass doors that face the garden and the lake. On entering the apartment into the large combined living/dining/kitchen space the quality and elegance of the interior is immediately apparent. The owners have invested in a quality build and beautiful furnishings - all designed to make the apartment feel elegant yet comfortable with two sumptuous sofas for example. The floors are covered with Italian ceramics and the walls painted in crisp white to give the apartment a light and airy feel. The day furnishings are a blend of quality reproduction and antique pieces and are tastefully accessorised. In the kitchen and dining area there is a good sized dining table and chairs and a shaker style kitchen that is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and should satisfy even the most determined of cooks! From the living space there is an adjacent snug that leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has polished wood floors and white walls. It has generous wardrobes and storage spaces, a large double bed, a sliding door to the garden and an en-suite bathroom luxuriously appointed with Italian ceramics featuring a large walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit. The second spacious bedroom has wooden floors, a double bed and generous wardrobes. There is also a large sliding glass door which leads onto the garden and the panoramic lake view. The large family bathroom is beautifully appointed with a bath and over bath shower with retractable shower screen. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.

    If Sergio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
