Great rental for families or sports minded people with a large lawn, private pool, beach volley ball and badminton court.

Situated in the peaceful countryside just outside Bodrum, Villa Tortuga makes an ideal choice for families and sports enthusiasts. (private villa, privately gated, NOT in a complex, all facilites for exclusive use) The location is perfect for those wishing a central position to the many charms of the Bodrum Peninsula, with the setting framed by farmland and a quiet, natural view out on a small olive grove and hills beyond. You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to activities, starting with the private pool which has in-pool seating and poolside pergola to escape the mid day sun. A few steps from the pool is a Beach Volleyball court (aka Kids' Beach) and a large grass lawn that lends itself to a family game of football. Also by the pool you will find a wood burning fire, BBQ and seating area for dinner. In the backyard you will find the badminton and half basketball court. Villa Tortuga is a perfect rental for the whole family.

Great area for long walks, quiet area with very few neighbours or noise...

Bodrum Golf and Tennis Club is one mile away (driving range, 9 par-3 holes, 5 clay tennis courts, spa, clubhouse & restaurant).

Pool and grounds will be looked after by our gardener 4 days a week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicola (the owner) a message.

If Nicola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
