Le gîte Parasol conserve le charme ancien de la propriété avec une touche moderne dans une ambiance 'cosy', et peut accueillir jusqu'à 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Le gîte de 38 m2, l'un des gîtes de Dolphin Gîtes, bénéficie d'une terrasse ensoleillée sur le devant et d'une vue sur le vieux puits et l'église du 12e siècle sur l'arrière. Le gîte comprend 2 chambres, l'une avec un lit double, l'autre avec 2 lits individuels et lecteur DVD, une salle d'eau avec douche spacieuse, un petit séjour/cuisine avec télévision à écran plat, cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur-congélateur, four à micro-ondes, bouilloire et cafetière électriques, grille-pain, table et fer à repasser, wifi gratuite. La terrasse ensoleillée donne sur le devant de la propriété et est équipée d'un salon de jardin, barbecue et est ombragée par un grand parasol. Un lave-linge est disponible sur place, ainsi qu'une place de parking privée dans la propriété. La piscine chauffée, l'aire de ping-pong et l'aire de jeux sont à quelques pas du gîte.

Parasol Gîte, at Dolphin Gites, is the perfect setting and location for a wonderful family holiday. Located near the coast, with great local beaches and excellent facilities on-site, you can relax beside the pool or spend the day at the beach. Our self-catering holiday gites (cottages), are situated in 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens, with a private heated pool, only 5 mins' drive from fabulous beaches. Parasol Gîte can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child. It has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and quite a small but well equipped kitchen/lounge.

Character value gîte with a sunny aspect and attractive views on the 12th century church. Two bedrooms ( sleeping 2 adults and 1 child), compact lounge/ kitchen area with UK TV (additional DVD player in children's bedroom) and free wifi. There is secure parking on site, convenient access to the heated swimming pool, covered table tennis, swings and gardens.

The lounge/kitchen area is quite small but well equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, UK TV, separate bathroom and two good sized bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, DVD player, and sofa). There is a patio with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. There is access to a laundry room with a shared washing machine.

Le Gîte Parasol a une terrasse ensoleillée avec salon de jardin, parasol et barbecue et place de parking personnelle. Le cadre est idéal pour les enfants: piscine chauffée clôturée (chauffée de fin mai à mi-septembre), balançoires et aire de football, jardin spacieux, aire de ping-pong couverte. Le boulanger passe tous les matins avec ses croissants en haute saison.

The environment is safe and child friendly, with enclosed gardens, fenced heated swimming pool (heated from the end of May to mid September), sheltered table tennis, children's play area, spacious grounds with football area. The local baker visits every morning in the summer with fresh baguettes and croissants in time for breakfast. There is private parking.

Why can't I call Cathy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cathy (the owner) a message.

If Cathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
