The estate tennis court has just been resurfaced, so please feel free to bring a tennis racket, there are some in the pavilion but they are a bit old! :)

Whether you are walking in the Lakes, cycling in the Dales, or after a spot of bird watching, this cottage is set within the private grounds of a lovely family home and parkland .Peacocks roam free around the garden, and the family are on hand to offer advise on the best places to visit and eat. There are many local Nature Reserves. Easy access from the M6 junction 35 and 36

Friday-Friday or Friday-Monday, or Monday-Friday bookings preferred

**PLEASE NOTE we have 2 cockerels that crow in the morning, and in the Spring the peacocks are flirting and can make some noise - all around the cottage (maybe bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!!)
