1st floor apartment in the main cottage for 4 people is located on a tuscan olivefarm, Surrounded by ancient olivetrees and tuscan woods, which will lead you all the way to the town of Monsummano. Apartment has a living room equipped with sofa bed for up to 2 additional adults, one bedding equipped double bedroom. Complete fridge / refrigerator / table equipped kitchen and shower equipped bathroom.

Sat TV, air conditioning WiFi included, all newly restructured and elegantly furnished ( partly with antiques ). In the garden you will find your private place for dining under the trees, a small 6.5 meter diameter pool to cool down and a lot of space to relax under the olivetrees. All within 30 mins by car, you’ll find most famous tuscan art / culture cities to explore, as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Vinci, as well as the tuscan Riviera in Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. 1 hour by car you’ll find Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano. In Monsummano you’ll find a Golf Green, Horse riding facilities, Tennis courts, Thermal bathstations and much more.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Helma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
