Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno l'ingresso indipendente e come pertinenze esclusive e indipendenti il posto auto, un ampio resede panoramico con tavoli e sedie di legno e ognuno di loro accede da una scala esclusiva, sempre indipendente, ad una terrazza/solarium (arredata con salottino in giunco) panoramica sulla splendida e incontaminata Val di Cornia.Tutti e due gli appartamenti sono provvisti di TV, DVD e riscaldamento autonomo . La biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina è compresa nel prezzo.
