Bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a short walking distance. 10/15 minutes walk to various beaches. 30 minutes drive to a golf course. Ideal for couples and families.The villa arranges of a Policarbonato telescopic cover1.20m high,we also arranges of a conditioner for the swimming pool,it´s price is 60 pounds a week.
This detached luxury villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with its own drive-way. This new property has been tastefully furnished with a rustic feel. The property boasts a large private swimming pool and walled garden area with sun loungers and BBQ, in addition there is a spacious roof terrace from which you can enjoy panoramic views of the island. It is approximately 1km from the centre of Corralejo and the famous sand dunes. Bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a short walking distance.
