Contry House with private heated* plunge pool and garden.

The house have one bedroom under the mezzanine with slidding glass doors and 2 single beds up in the open space.

Fireplace, full equiped kitchen, barbecue, private garden.

* In winter or colder months the water temperature in the swimming pools don't go higher than 20-22 degrees.

There are a private heated* plunge pool with a sunny garden, the bigger swimming pool is also heated* and shared with two other small houses, and also the owners ( me, Julia and our 13 year old son ) ... that sometimes deserve to take a dive too :)) so its never crowded !!

We live also in the main house in the property and we are always avaylable for what you need.

This house its ideal for 1 couple with maximum 2 childrens or even for 4 friends.

Please be aware in advance that:

- Since January 2019, the city council of Mafra have a mandatory occupancy tax that has to be payed in cash at the check-in ( 2,20€ per person per day from 1st may to 31 October, and 1,10€ from 1st November to 31st of April, in the first 7 days of the stay ).

Children under 12 are free of charge.

- According to the Portuguese law that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices, at check-in we are obliged to ask you for your personal details (such as home address and identity number / passport ) to send them to SEF, our Immigration and Borders Services within 3 days after your arrival.

- If you are arriving in a late flight, please let us know in advance so we can arrange according your needs, the best check in !

We are always avaylable for what you need. House located in a small farm, 10 kms from the beach, 12 kms from Ericeira, 5 kms to Mafra and 30 minutes to Sintra and Lisbon. The house is in open space with open kitchen and 1 bathroom. baby facilitys and free baby cot. It has a private garden with heated plunge pool, barbecue, hammock. Pets welcome ( always ask first ) with our agreement and with an extra fee, security deposit returnable in the end of the stay. Ericeira its a fishermans village with some of the best surf spots in Europe, Ericeira its a World Surfing Reserve. About the food, fresh fish and seafood, nice meat, great restaurants, well i don't tell more, you tell me after your stay. Its necessary to have car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Elio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
