A vintage two-bedroom apartment is situated among the lush vineyards of Langhe wine region reflecting the county ambience. Receiving well-deserved attention of the wine-lovers from all over the world, the area boasts famous vines (Barolo, Barbaresco), fine cuisine, lyrical landscapes and Alba white truffels mecca. With all the amenities for a simple and relaxing holiday, the house benefits from a large terrace with panoramic views over the green countryside.

Spacious apartment on two floors, over 90 square meters (968 feet) retains authentic feel with all the modern commodities, private parking, free wifi and convenient access to nearby Neive and Alba.

THE SPACE

The unique draw of this apartment is a truly charming interior, much like the whole experience provided here for our guests. The moment you enter the place, a rustic living room, a dining area, a kitchen and a separate fireplace set a relaxing ambience resulting in a delightful blend of appeal and style. Smart TV.

A rather quick climb upstairs, reveals two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony overlooking the verdant countryside.

In the grounds of Cascina Bricchetto you will find a covered area for eating outside, a covered parking area and various toys for the adults and the children e.g. tennis table, swings, sandpit, rocking horse, skittles. From the house you can take many quiet country walks along the small country lanes.

The area is excellent for activities such as hiking, horse riding, tennis, golf, swimming, visits to museums and concerts. In the summer the area is alive with local festivals based on food and wine. The area is renowned for its food – specialities include truffles, chocolate, hazelnuts.

Visits to local wineries or to small producers of cheese, salami or sweet delicacies can be arranged on request.

    Seeing our job appreciated is pleased, thank you kind guests! I add information relating to the internal temperature of the house, despite the torrid external temperature, the stones with which in ancient times it was built are very insulating and with the modern precautions inserted in the restructuring they produce the results described. Of course, in winter the result is the opposite.

    I am always available to support the realization of the wishes and requests of the guests, through the correspondence before the stay with the future guests the stay will be better achieved and will meet the expectations, also avoiding misunderstandings that would make the stay for the guests not as satisfying as it is happened with some who thought there was a pool despite it was not declared and there were no photos. Very nice is the recognition of our work and the appreciation of the beauty that surrounds Cascina Bricchetto Langhe. Thank you kind guests!
