Edelweiss Apartment is a beautifully furnished, spacious (93 sqm) 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Chamonix apartment with shared outdoor parking, situated right in the centre of Chamonix along the riverside, close to all the shops, restaurants, and bars. There is one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two further bedrooms that can be made up as doubles or twins, one with en-suite bathtoom There is a 2nd, family bathroom with shower, as well as a separate WC. Outside this Chamonix apartment is a South-facing patio and garden with views of Mont Blanc and access to the open-air car parking area. The furnishings give Edelweiss apartment lots of character and with underfloor heating throughout the apartment, it is an extremely comfortable apartment for 6-8 people, with a well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining area and large lounge too. There is a sofa bed in the lounge allowing the apartment to sleep up to 8 people. The apartment is equipped with large flatscreen TV, Smart TV, DVD player, stereo hifi, plus wifi internet access. There is a separate ski locker and also utility room with washing machine and dryer.

For short break pricing please contact Chamonix all year direct. Holiday lettings are unable to provide a short break price.

Bookings are usually Sunday to Sunday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.

30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday.

If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required.

As a security against damages Chamonix All Year, who manage the apartment, will also pre-authorise a damage deposit of £400.00 on your bank card. They will contact you to request these bank card details once your booking is confirmed by Holiday Lettings and the damage deposit will be pre-authorised approx. 7-10 days before your arrival in Chamonix. This will be automatically released 28 days after the date it is authorised and only once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. If you would like the authorisation cancelled sooner than this automatic release then please contact us after your departure.

Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars.

In addition we can also:

- arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport.

- Buy and deliver ski passes ready for your arrival

- offer ski hire discount.

Nous regrettons que vous avez listé vos plaintes mais que vous n'avez pas reconnu l'effort de notre équipe avant et après votre arrivée afin de vous assurer un séjour en confort (visite préalable avec vous de plusieurs appartements afin que vous ayez pu choisir le mieux adapté pour votre famille - ce que nous ne faisons pas automatiquement avec tous nos hôtes, ajout de poêles supplémentaires dans une cuisine déjà pleinement équipée, changement de draps propres mais ayant des marques de produits de laverie ce qui arrive rarement, etc). Nous avons discuté avec vous le lendemain de votre arrivée dans notre bureau, et notre Directrice Logistique a entendu votre réclamation. Dans les 24h nous avons résolu tous les problèmes que vous avez signalé ; nous vous avons également dédommagé d'une somme égale à 50% de votre première nuit pour tout désagrément occasionné (nous ne comprenons pas votre référence au repas McDo). (Pendant notre discussion, nous avons expliqué que l'insecticide cafards avait été laissé par des clients précédents qui ont cru voir un cafard mais qui avaient confirmé leur erreur depuis. Pour les pièges pour souris, il s'agit d'un appartement au rez de jardin, donc les pièges sont installés par précaution afin d'éviter tout désagrément.) Nous proposons des hébergements de bonne qualité, avec un bon rapport qualité-prix, mais il semblerait que vous vous attendiez à une prestation de luxe pour un budget moyen, ce que personne ne peut proposer. (À noter que vous avez laissé des commentaires pour qu'un seul autre hébergement sur TripAdvisor, pour lequel vous avez mis une note de 2/5.) Nous espérons que des voyageurs souhaitant visiter Chamonix et séjourner dans cet appartement liront les autres commentaires concernant l'appartement, qui sont positifs, ainsi que les commentaires TripAdvisor sur les autres propriétés que nous gérons. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
