Spectacular 7 Bed Disney Theme Villa with Pool/Spa and Gameroom set on a 24 hour Gated and Guarded Resort Close to Disney. Upgraded Lake side home, watch Eagles, Ducks, Egrets fish while swimming in our crystal clear t pool. Plenty of nearby Shops and Restaurants including a 24/7 Super Walmart. Resort offers, fishing from stocked lakes, private beach area, two children's play areas, basketball, tennis, volleyball courts, clubhouse with fitness room and resort community heated pool, and children's splash area.

Spacious Villa with two lounges front and back, air conditioned Game room, 7 large Bedrooms, King Pillowtop Beds with bed bug protectors, Flat screen TVs Radio alarms and lamps with charging ports. 5 Bathrooms with rainforest shower heads, two are ensuite.

Cream leather sofas, Dvd, blu ray, reading library, separate laundry room with large front loader washer and dryer, formal dining room.

Two King master bedrooms are ensuite with walk in wardrobes and a safe for your valuables. All our beds are pillow top mattresses even children's rooms all have flat screen TVs/Dvds/Radio alarms

The children twin rooms are decorated in Disney Murals from top to bottom.

We even have a Mickey theme bathroom and a Frozen theme bathroom.

Our game room has a full size slate- bed pool table, foosball table, x Box One S, PS3, Wii Fit all on a 42 inch dedicated screen with plenty of Games.

We provide toys for the little ones and our baby equipment is free to use, two cribs, highchairs, strollers, baby monitors etc.

Our Granite Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses, pyrex and cooking utensils for those that want to cook. We have a dishwasher, garbage disposer,l fridge freezer with filtered water, microwave, range cooker and a separate laundry room.

All towels and Linens are provided with separate towels for the pool.

The pool is enclosed with screening with exceptional views. BBQ provided.

We even provide a blower system for extra bubbles in our Spa.

Our Spa has an over ride switch and can be used late into the evenings.

Baby pool fence available to hire $50 per booking.

Watch Eagles fish and ducks come to be fed, Otters roll in grass and sand turtles bask in sun all from pool deck while you relax and swim. Ideal Family villa.

The home is also fully air conditioned and we have added ceiling fans in all rooms for your additional comfort. We have our windows tinted against the sun for coolness.

Front door has keypad and there is an alarm. No keys to worry about collecting or losing. We are happy to advise on park tickets and best prices etc. We are on line to help your with any questions and our management are on the resort most day should you need them. We have been travelling to Orlando for over 20 years so we have lots of extra information we have gathered over the years we like to share with our guests including travelling with disabled children and park information.

How do damage deposits work?
