Set in peaceful farmland.The house offers you an opportunity to see a Farm, visit old castle ruins-(the nearest one in Castletown - just a few minutes walk away - dates back to 1225) and admire many beautiful country Churches. It is also ideal for those holiday makers who want total peace and quiet, yet it is just a short drive away from all local Attractions.

You can walk through our farm roadways. Or take a bicycle ride around the area, to hear the warm witty tales of the neighbours If you just wish to relax by a river or lake and fish or walk, please let us know and this can be arranged for you.

Also. If you like to study the stars, there is no issue with light pollution. In a clear starry night you can see all the stars in the sky.

The house has TV/DVD/,CD Player, and there is also WIFI Internet access available Free.

There is an option to relax, and enjoy old favourite music records.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with Cooker, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, George Foreman, Grill, Microwave, Expresso, and sufficient delph and cutlery to accommodate ten people.The bathroom has toilet with separate shower, and bath equipped with hand rails around the bath, and a shower to accommodate Elderly visitors.Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor - with the fourth bedroom in the loft. Linen hand and bath towels, and tea towels are provided. Hair dryers are provided.

A Welcome Pack is available on Arrival,and also an Open fire fuel Pack.

Our Exterior Laundry room is located in the Courtyard -offers the facility to Wash, Dry and Iron Clothes,and there is also an outside clothes Line.

The courtyard is enclosed, and has a large parking area that is safe and secure for parking up to 5 cars.

There is an outdoor table, and chair set suitable for up to eight people to enjoy the setting sun in the evenings, also wash hand basin and toilet facility are also available. A green lawn with many mature shrubs and trees is positioned to the front of the house, with an outstanding view of Carrigmore rock, a prominent feature in the area this is a very tranquil area to either read or to enjoy the many birds that frequent the lawn.

The courtyard is secure for children to be out and about playing.

Wellies are provided to either walk through the farm roadways or around the locality.

From the house you will find a 5km walk with great views of the local area.

How do damage deposits work?

If Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
