This light & and airy modern property has it's living accommodation on the 1st floor with picture windows that maximise the stunning sea views and on the ground floor of the main bedroom with a balcony directly over the beach. On the doorstep are 2 pubs, shops, Post Office and the start of the beautful coastal walk on the Roseland Pensinula. Within a short drive further lovely beaches with safe swimming, sailing, windsurfing & canoeing and further stunning walks & places of interest.

Linen can be provided at an additional cost. Not suitable for large dogs, possibility of one small dog allowed only by prior permission of the owner.

We do not let for less than three nights during the low season and for seven nights and multiples of seven during the spring, summer and autumn seasons.

Lapwing is well-presented and comfortably furnished. The property is entered on the upper floor where there is an open plan living/dining room with a large picture window, kitchen and bathroom. On the lower level there is the main double bedroom which had a door through to the wide stone balcony over the beach, a twin bedded room at the back of the property and a shower room with WC. There is broadband in this property and a telephone for incoming calls only (ask owner for number if required).

The wide stone balcony is built over the beach and has table, chairs and BBQ. Lapwing also has the added bonus of it's own parking space, a rarity in Portscatho.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
