Lovely mountain views, in a quiet residential area with a large communal pool for our guests to enjoy. This modern villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright open plan dining/living space & a brand new kitchen, all complete with modern furniture.

You can relax on the roof top terrace, looking out to the great views across the mountains, with all day sun! There is also a large balcony off of the living space for al-fresco dining, complete with a gas BBQ and lovely views over the gardens.

Ideally located 8 minutes walk from the stunning bay of El Portet and just a pleasant 15 minute walk into Moraira, with its many restaurants and shops. If you need to access the internet, you can connect to the free Wi-Fi, just a 1 minute walk away.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service

All bed linen, sets of bath towels, bath mats and a tea cloth are provided. Please bring your own beach towels or they can be hired for a small cost.

Air Conditioning/heating available at an extra cost.

The villa is not suitable for toddlers due to the amount of glass in the villa.

A welcome pack can also be arranged if required, approx cost 15€ to include: Water, T-Bags ,Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Wine, Beer,Bread,Butter and Marmalade.

The villa is cleaned thoroughly between rentals.

Changeover day is Wednesday although this can be flexible in low season. Large communal pool is in use all year.

Lounge: The large bright living area is decorated in a simple modern style with white walls and curtains with soft lighting. There is also comfortable white leather sofas, sideboard with speakers (3.5mm headphone jack connection for any media), TV with DVD, large rug and central heating.

Dining room: Modern glass table with six chairs,central heating and large mirror.

Master Bedroom: Modern double bed, side cabinet with soft wall lighting, rug, double set of draws,full length mirror,air conditioning/central heating (available at extra cost), hair-dryer with an arch way that leads into the built in wardrobes with safe and en-suite.

Bedroom 2: Modern twin bedded room with rug, bedside cabinet, table light, mirror, air conditioning/central heating (available at extra cost) and built in wardrobes.

Bathrooms: Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Family Bathroom: Large bathroom with bath, shower, basin, toilet, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, washing basket and pegs. There is also an enclosed washing line outside.

Kitchen: Compact kitchen Including oven, gas hob, combination microwave oven with grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, cafetiere, teapot, electric mixer,bread bin, weighing scales, rice steamer, salad spinner, food chopper, cool bag ,flasks, ice blocks,plastic plates,bowls,cups, wok, lots of crockery, cutlery, saucepans and glasses.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
