West Lane Cottage is on the left, set amongst thatched cottages and opposite The Old Rectory

The warm and cosy lounge has TV with Sky, DVD player, wi-fi and I pod docking station

The cottage was built with reclaimed materials and this ethos is echoed inside

The well-equipped kitchen was refitted in 2015 - it has all you need for a self catering holiday

The oak dining table looks out onto the garden

The snug has a dvd player, a large supply of games, books and DVD's or can be a quiet place to read

The double bedroom is en suite and has plenty of storage and looks over the Old Rectory

Have a good soak after a long walk - the good sized bathroom was refitted in 2013

The twin bedroom is opposite the bathroom - sorry Boys - Barbies under the bed!

You will enjoy the pretty village of Piddlehinton - the River Piddle runs under the road

Rural Piddlehinton is 6 miles from Dorchester and 12 miles from the Jurassic Coast - an Ideal spot!

The Thimble Inn is a short walk away - great food and a great welcome for two and four legged visito

If you take a walk along West Lane you can follow a choice of bridle paths with circular walks

The ancient Village Church - a pretty sight from the garden at West Lane Cottage

The Millennium Green play and picnic area is a short walk down the bridle path and adjoins the River

Burton Bradstock is a great day out - see where "Broadchurch" was filmed

You can take a variety of country walks from the back door - some wonderful views to be had

The back garden is private and secure - a bbq is provided for your use

Dogs are welcome! The adjacent bridle path is such a boon for walks, if a little muddy after rain
