contemporary design, in the heart of Florence, the owners of this flat will receive you with a warm and personal welcome, in a double room (for 2 guests) and if needed an adjacent single room (for groups of 3 guests) with every comfort, including breakfast and private bath. Your stay will begin by admiring the historic spaces of this special residence, and will continue with the discovery of all the wonders of the cradle of the Renaissance: the Cathedral, the Ponte Vecchio, the Piazza della Signoria, and all the major museums; everything only two steps from your flat.

Art Flat is located in the center of the most presitgious shopping district of Florence, and within easy walking distance of all the best caffes and restaurants of the city.

The space is only 5 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella Central Train Station, as well as all local bus stations for days trips throughout Tuscany.

City buses stop within a short walking distance of this flat.

You are located in the most presigious and well serviced part of the center of Florence, in a quiet and elegant atmosphere

At this point I now have one available single room next to the double room, which can accommodate a third person, namely for a group of three travelers. Note: the group of 3 will have to share the one aviailable bathroom

I am available at any time to assist my guests, as I have lived in Florence for many years. I basically leave that up to them: some people want to interact and others prefer to be private. That is your choice.

My space in situated in the most desirable and central area of Florence; a predominately pedestrian zone, filled with the best shops, restaurants, and major museums of Florence. Hotels in this area can run many hundreds to thousands of euro per night for double accommodation.

My space is only a short walking distance from the central train station where bullet trains are easily accessed to all major cities in Italy, as well as convenient bus transportation to the 2 airports. Taxis are easily available in the piazzas nearby, or can be called in with 2 to 3 minutes notice. There is adequate local bus service on my street as well as the nearby piazzas.
