From the owner

The cottage is in a rural property of 1889, completely restored with 3 hectares of meadow and garden and a private heated pool 5x11m. With us you find a quiet life in the countryside with 2 draft horses, one pony chickens, five sheep, three goats, 2 cats and 2 dogs. Yet the village center of Miramont de Guyenne is only 1.5 km with shops, festivals and activities. We offer a carriage ride or bicycles to explore the surroundings. The cottage with two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, lounge with sofa bed and satellite TV, a shower room and separate WC has a private garden, a covered terrace and access Direct to the pool. Garden and pool are closed and secured for your children or your pets. You can rent a room for 2 with bathroom and toilet and more, so you can come from 2 to 6 people, see max 8 pers. on holiday. The supplement of the 3rd room is € 200 per week in high season and € 150 in low season. A Miramont there is everything you need. The landscape and nature are very varied and relaxing. there are plenty of places, villages and castles to explore the surrounding area. Sport side there is also a choice: tennis, horse riding, 4 golf courses, canoeing / kayaking, hiking, etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Annika (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
