From the owner

Luxury and modern villa with quality finishes and tastefully decorated, respecting the traditional character with spacious and comfortable interiors. The area of the house is 350 m² distributed over 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, including pool bathroom, a wonderful kitchen with all modern conveniences and a big living and dining area. On ground floor there are a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite and two of them have terrace with great views of the town. On lastly floor there is an open double bedroom with a big terrace with wonderful views of the town and sea. It has central heating and a laundry with washing machine and clothes lines. It comes with lots of entertainment features as DVD and satellite TV, plus free WiFi to keep in touch with friends, family, or even the office for a working holiday. It also has 2 mountain bikes which you can go for a ride along Cala Millor's seafront.

The house is surrounded by grass, plants and terraces. There are a barbecue area and a porch with a big dining area. You can enjoy Mallorca's sun in a large pool with sunbeds and with a cosy and small porch with dining area and a bathroom.

Quite well communicated and with all services and variety of shops for daily needs at a really short walking distance, some of them opened on holidays. It has a varied cuisine and really good restaurants nearby. You can practice many water sports as well as cycling, jogging, skating, outdoor fitness, and so on.

Our prices are for 8 or 10 people, but HolidaysLetting website doesn't allow include these prices. It just allows having price for 8 people and an extra fee for each additinoal guest. We will not accept booking for 9 people even you are just 9 people. If you are 9 people, please, make a request for 10 people.
