La Villa Fleurs des Iles est située au Vauclin, un authentique village de pêcheurs.

Le rez-de-chaussée de la Villa Fleurs des Iles est à la disposition des hôtes : il se compose de l'appartement Papay et du studio Bwa Banbou. Tous deux disposent d'une entrée séparée et sont reliés par une terrasse et un jardin. En toute intimité, vous profiterez du magnifique jardin tropical et des grandes terrasses privées, du climat généreux des Tropiques, grâce à la situation privilégiée face à l'océan et à la ventilation permanente des alizés.

L'appartement Papay, tout confort, 42 m2, se compose d'une chambre à coucher avec un grand lit double (160 x 200), d'un salon avec deux lits simples (150 x 200), d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une cuisine donnant sur la grande terrasse de 40 m2. La terrasse longe les deux côtés de l'appartement et s'ouvre sur le jardin privé. L'appartement Papay offre un espace de 80 m2 pour vivre en couple, en famille ou entre amis vos vacances sous les tropiques.

Le studio Bwa Banbou se compose d'une chambre climatisée avec salle de bain de 20m2 avec un lit de 160 x 200, d'une kitchenette, et d'une terrasse donnant sur la mer de 10m2.

La Villa Fleurs des Iles se trouve en face del'océan Atlantique, entourée d'un magnifique jardin tropical qui vous offrira tranquillité, intimité et sérénité.

Depuis la villa, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied au village du Vauclin : supermarché, pharmacie, restaurants, marché aux fruits et légumes, marché des pêcheurs (le plus actif de la Martinique).

La plage de Pointe Faula est réputée pour ses eaux cristallines et ses activités nautiques : spot incontournable pour ceux qui pratiquent le kite surf, la planche à voile, le kayak de mer, la voile, est à moins de 2 km de la maison.

Le Vauclin est le point de départ de la promenade "Trace des caps" qui vous permettra de rejoindre les plus belles plages du sud de la Martinique. En 10 mn de voiture, vous pourrez atteindre la montagne du Vauclin, le plus haut sommet du sud de l'île (504 m) d'où votre regard embrassera toute la Martinique.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Monica (the owner) a message.

    If Monica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
