Our villa is perfect for several families or groups of adults as it offers the privacy and facilities of 5 individual apartments within the house, but also the communal space you will need to eat and socialise together, and of course the private swimming pool! We can sleep 12 guests in bedrooms and 17 including sofa beds. The stylishly furnished villa offers a peaceful rural retreat with panoramic sea views, whilst being easily accessible. Dubrovnik old city centre is only a 10 minute drive away, Dubrovnik airport is 20 minutes away.There is free internet access for all guests to use at the villa. There is a BBQ area in the garden, perfect for al- fresco cooking & eating.As well as the outside swimming pool, the villa has a badminton set and two mountain bikes which are free for guests to use.Villa Sunrise is very child-friendly and we can provide a high chair, travel cot and other items as required. We even have a Playstation 2 for older kids / younger adults! Babysitting can be arranged by the Villa Manager.One of our most popular requests is our Private Chef who can come to the villa and cook you a delicious 5 star meal or BBQ grill. The chef has a large menu of local seafood and traditional fare. The price for the menu will include an aperitif, setting & serving at the table and all the washing up afterwards! Perfect if you are celebrating a special occasion. Prices range between £30-£40. Only a 2 minute walk from the Villa is a family restaurant with stunning sea views from the outside terrace. Konoba Popret specialises in local traditional dishes such as lamb or pork under the bell, venison stew and grilled meats, watch it all being cooked on the open fire in the restaurant in front of you. The nearest beaches are located within a five minute drive from the villa, situated in the charming village of Mlini. These are well sheltered sand and shingle beaches, and are close to many small bars and restaurants.Minutes away from the villa, is the Dubrovnik cable car with direct access into the Old City and the location of Game of Thrones. The villa is also perfectly placed to visit Montenegro and the Mostar Bridge in Bosnia as day trips. Other activities include: Diving, Canoeing, Sea Kayaking, Sailing, Quad biking, Mountain biking, wine tasting and Island boat trips all located nearby to the villa. Why can't I call Helen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helen (the owner) a message.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
