Pear Tree Farm is a purpose-built guesthouse with studio facility and is situated overlooking the stunning Lea Brook. We have nine bedrooms (four doubles, four twins and one family room). All rooms are en-suite with T.V and Video player, towels, hair-dryer and drinks tray provided. Two rooms are located on the ground floor and are suitable for wheelchair access.

Our guest lounge has a lovely wood burning stove, large TV, Video and DVD player as well as a selection of books, videos and DVDs for guests’ enjoyment. We have a patio area with tables and chairs and offer a gazebo and BBQ facilities by arrangement.

Can walk from the guest house down to the Lea Brook great for birdwatching, we have a dipper, lesser spotted and greater spotted and green woodpeckers (nesting); kingfisher, heron, tree creeper, nuthatch, etc. etc.
