Gite typique, restauré dans le style du pays.Il peut recevoir 12 adultes et de 2 à 4 adolescents, soit de 14 à 16 personnes. Il est situé au pieds d'un vieux château féodal, en bordure du village et sans voisins immédiat. Il domine une large vallée parsemée de champs de tournesols et de collines boisées.

Le jardin de 700 m² est entièrement clôturé, et la PISCINE PRIVÉE de 11m X 5.5m est sécurisée par une alarme et une clôture. Les salons de jardin et les chaises longues vous permettront de sommeiller autour de la piscine à l'abri de grands parasols.

Une terrasse couverte vous permettra de prendre vos repas à deux pas du barbecue.

La maison comprend : une grande cuisine (deux réfrigérateurs avec compartiment congélateur, four micro onde, four) un très grand séjour de 80 m², 6 chambres (4 lits de 140, 4 lits de 90, 4 lits d'appoint d'une place dans deux mezzanines.Une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, 4 salles d'eau et wc privatives, un wc indépendant.

Elle est située à 5 km du très jolie village de CASTELNAU MONTRATIER ou l'on trouve tous les commerces, pharmacie et médecins.

CAHORS est à 25 km, MONTAUBAN à 50 km. Tout proche nous avons de nombreux sites à visiter, MONTPEZAT DU QUERCY, MOISSAC, St CIRQ LA POPIE, le GOUFFRE DE PADIRAC, LE SITE DE ROCAMADOUR,LE MUSÉE DE CUZAL etc etc .

A 25 km LA RIVIÈRE LOT, NAVIGABLE.
