This modern, stylish villa is fully equipped with luxury kitchen and appliances, family bathroom, separate shower room and en-suite, all with luxury fittings. Situated in it's own private grounds and surrounded by Lindian style white walls, the villa has gated entrance and own private, full sized swimming pool, facing the sea. Everything you require for a self catering holiday is provided, in this beautiful, peaceful location.

The nearby villages of Lindos and Pefkos are easily accessible by car and offer a wide range of bars, tavernas, pool bars and lively nightlife. A short distance away are the friendly local towns of Lardos and Kalathos.

St Nicholas Bay with view of the Navarone Cliffs is within 10 minutes walking distrance and the sandy beaches of St Pauls Bay, Lindos and Pefkos are a short drive away.

Nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive and there are many others within easy reach.

There are so many places to visit should you wish to explore the Island and there are small beach resorts nearby. Rhodes town is a 40 minute drive away where you will find the old walled city , full of charm and wonderful achitecture. This is a world heritage site and The Grand Palace of the Knights is a must see for those who are interested in the history of Rhodes.

Mandraki Harbour where the huge cruise ships regularly visit is nearby and it is a short walk to the new town of Rhodes, with it's many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Day trips to other islands are also available from this harbour in main season.

The people of Rhodes are friendly, and family orientated. Children are welcome everywhere and there are many places to take them - maybe a donkey ride up to the Acropolis at Lindos, visit The Valley of the Butterflies or a visit to the water park. Of course there are also many lovely sandy beaches with safe bathing, pedal boats and canoes for hire and various water sports.

At the Southern tip of the Island serious water sport enthusiasts can be seen wind and kite surfing.

The villa is suitable for families, couples and groups and it's close location to the church at St Pauls Bay makes it an ideal location for wedding parties.

Why can't I call Jackie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jackie (the owner) a message.

If Jackie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
