The house was designed primarily for comfort, not ostentation. The villa's ventilation, wall materials, aspect and high ceilings combine to make this a cool house.

A southern Thai roof structure has been fused with Balinese and Cambodian architectural features. The villa's one-off architectural design and separate plot will appeal to those who prefer individuality to housing estate mass reproduction.

The villa has a large garden, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 3 air-con bedrooms:
- master bedroom - 1 king sized bed
- bedroom 2 - 1 queen-sized & 1 single bed
- bedroom 2 - 1 queen-sized & 1 single bed

The villas master bedroom bathroom suite has a stylish outdoor shower and bath, enclosed in their own private garden.

The view to the north of the Ao Nang, Krabi villa is of spectacular karst mountains. In all directions the neighbouring properties are inconspicuous.

The villa boasts maybe the most stylish, fully-fitted Western kitchen in Krabi province. UBC satellite TV and high-speed internet are installed. Security is provided by a 2m wall and a 2m gate.

Villa Alice is located 60m from a small but tarmaced road - just the right distance from just the right sized road. The tarmaced road is on a slow bend, so traffic noise is almost inaudible. Tranquil Nopparat Thara beach is only 4 minutes away. Bustling Ao Nang beach is 4 minutes further.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
