My Little French House is located in a beautiful 12th Century bastide village, Monflanquin, France.
Monflanquin is Classified as “One of the Most Beautiful Villages in France.

My Little French House is a 14th Century home, situated at 15 Rue De L'Union which is off "Place Des Arcades" ( The Town Square). Just a stroll away from the restuarants and bars.
She has recently been lovingly renovated while enhancing her original features.

Offering 3 levels with light and airy rooms, wooden floorboards, beautiful wall featured stairwell, two fireplaces, modern kitchen, two living areas - both with a double Sofa Bed, 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, heating and cellar.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Sleeps 6 people. 2 Bedrooms upstairs as well as a Separate Living area containing Sofa Bed and seated area….Great space for 3 couples travelling or family with teenage kids.

- Two Double Size Bedrooms - Third Floor
- Living Area with Double Sofa Bed - 1st Floor (This is not the main living area, so you still have the main living area, with no interruptions)

House Facilities:

Kitchen: Fully equip kitchen including fridge, microwave, electric oven and gas hot plates, peculator coffee machine, cooking pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses.

Living Room: DVD player, Television, CD Player and Ipod station.
( DVD movies and Books from private collection are available for you to use during your stay)

Laundry: Washine Machine, Clothes Dryer, Clothes airer, Iron and Ironing board.

Bathroom: Hairdryer

Towels and Bed Linen are provided.

Internet: Wifi (wireless) Internet connection is also available for a fee of 20 AUD per week. Please note you need your own laptop computer.

Parking: Street Parking ; there is also 3 other free parking lots within Monflanquin Village - All are within 2 minute walking distance.

This picturesque village is set in The Lot Valley and home to 10 restaurants and cafes along with a bustling weekly market every Thursday morning, Antique Market every last Sunday of the Month and endless Town square activities and fairs throughout the year in summer.

There also many sports and leisure activities to take advantage of on your stay, Golf, Horse riding, shared swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis, rock climbing, canoeing, fishing, tree climbing adventure park.

**Please Note: If instead you arrange payment via Holiday Lettings booking system, you will need to pay a $500 security deposit via paypal,which is refundable after your departure.

Full and final payment:

Full and Final booking payment is due 11 weeks prior to booking date.

Bookings made within 11 weeks of holiday date are payable in full including security deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

Booking deposit is non refundable.

Rental payment is non refundable on cancellations made within 11 weeks of booking date.

** If My Little French House is not rented out the week prior to your arrival, earlier check in is definitely possible.

Please advise at the time of booking if you would require an earlier check in and I will try my best to accommodate.

There is a local gym - 2 min drive away - with a shared pool and a short stroll from the pool is a beautiful lake to sit or stroll around and feed the ducks.

There is many free parking lots in the village. All within a 1 - 2 min walk to My Little French House.

You can walk to the two bars and many restaurants within the village, there are also two picnic tables open to the public to use (free) so pack a picnic and a bottle of wine and enjoy the scenery looking out beyond Monflanquin
