From the owner

The Canima complex is very clean and well looked after and because of its excellent frontline promenade location is very popular. It is only a 5 minute walk away from Benalmadena Marina. This 1 bedroom apartment has a good size outside space and gets plenty of summer sun until mid afternoon. For more sunshine you could move around to the superb pool and garden area which has a large pool for adults and a smaller children's pool for the little ones. Or you may like to stay on your own patio and enjoy the welcome shade. With this apartment you get the best of both worlds.

The apartment is strictly non smoking, smoking is only allowed on the outside terrace. We thank you for your co-operation.

There is internet and a full tv package showing all UK channels.

On entering the apartment the well equipped kitchen area is on the right with a full oven and 3 ring electric hob. On the left is the bathroom with large walk in shower. The bedroom has twin beds and good wardrobe space.In the lounge area there is a cosy sofa which seats 3. There are 3 stools at the breakfast bar. Off the lounge through a patio door is the terrace area.

Outside is a glass table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers for guest use either on the terrace/garden area or around the pool.

For guests who have use of a car there is secure car parking. A 50 euro deposit is required for the car park gate remote control. This will be returned at the end of the holiday on return of the remote.

Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can.

Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you.

Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of 2.50 pounds per guest per stay.

This apartment is managed by a husband and wife team with 15 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings/Tripadvisor mostly with 5* ratings.

Airport transfers can be arranged through our own website Benalrent if required.

On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys.

For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a 15 pound meet & greet charge.

If flight times are not convenient with check in/check out times we can store your luggage for a small cost, depending on how long for.

Benalrent is managed by myself and my husband Nigel and we will always be available as a contact in the resort as this is where we live. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
