With its own entrance on Piazzetta Santa Lucia, the Acquamarina Apartment is located on the ground floor of Casa Gianca. Nice, cozy and bright, the 65 square meters apartment, renovated with quality materials, is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The large living area, which overlooks a delightful outdoor space for exclusive use, consists of: - Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob and capacious refrigerator, freezer - living room with sofa, 37-inch LCD TV - laundry / utility room with washing machine The sleeping area consists of: - double bedroom - bedroom with bunk bed, - bathroom with window, bidet, shower 70x80 cm, hairdryer The bed linen, the bathroom and bed linen are available to guests the kitchen. On request cot and high chair for children, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. In order to avoid unnecessary energy waste and respect for the environment of the island, guests are required to operate the air conditioning system only when they are inside the apartment. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Je suis désolé que vous ayez eu des problèmes en raison d'une période de haute température. D'autre part, la présentation de l'appartement sur le site est très claire en informant que nous avons seulement un ventilateur dans l'appartement. Nous évaluerons à l'avenir s'il faut installer la climatisation, ce que, en effet, seule une petite partie de nos clients juge nécessaire.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Claudio (the owner) a message.

If Claudio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
