Stay in our 3 star gold awarded timber lodges in a delightful woodland setting in the Heart of Kent, and use it as a great touring base for exploring Kent coast and countryside and further afield,London is within easy reach by train. Alternatively, make use of the onsite heated indoor swimming pool (from April-October) and games room (with table tennis and table football & WI-FI), or relax on your own patio with a drink and read a book in lovely peaceful surroundings, listening to the sound of birdsong.

We have a mixture of properties including

5 x 2 Bedroom Lodges (1 double and one twin), a shower room and an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is fully equipped with everything you should need for a self-catering holiday.

1 x 1 Bedroom Cottage - One double bedroom with en-suite and an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is fully equipped with everything you should need for a self-catering holiday.

1 x 2 Bedroom Cottage - One double bedroom with en-suite, one twin room with adjacent bathroom and an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is fully equipped with everything you should need for a self-catering holiday.

Within 4 miles lies Ashford, with its many shops, restaurants and leisure facilities, including a cinema and bowling alley. For the golfer, there are a number of courses in the local area. We are also very close to the beaches on the Kent and Sussex coasts such as Camber Sands

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cleo (the owner) a message.

If Cleo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
