Named after the warm southeast wind from the Mediterranean Sea. A very lovely apartment located on the east side of a former winery with stunning views on the private park, the south garden, and the surrounding hills of Limoux and the Razès area. A charming and cosy setting is guaranteed in this holiday home.

The apartment offers a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and sink, a second bathroom with bath/shower and sink, a separate toilet and a cosy sitting room with an extra very comfortable double sofa bed. The apartment further contains a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc. Relax on the large (16m²) private terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy some breathtaking views. Or wind down in the private park or garden surrounding the property.

Free wireless internet is available, as well high speed cable internet, a flatscreen TV with satelite TV and USB connection and a DVD/Blu Ray player.

During high season the apartment can be rented only on a weekly basis. During low season it can be rented by day or weekend (see price section).

We provide fresh linen - and towels as well as a cleaning service at the end of the stay. Free access is supplied to a separate laundry with washer and dryer. A private parking space is available for the holiday home. For motorbikes and bicycles we ensure a secured storage area.

There is also a semi fast charging point for charging your electric car or plug-in hybrid car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
