La Casa del Nonno-Grandfather's House is a semi-detached to Dribble, a small town in Tuscany.
The entrance is on a small cobblestone Street closed to traffic, but a short walk from the town square (where you can park): the quiet location and beautiful views of the surrounding green hills, guarantee a relaxing stay.
The House is comfortable and includes: rustic kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator, deep freezer, original stone sink, stove, fireplace; great room with sofas, dining table, LCD TV and DVD player; two spacious double rooms (with sofa bed); a bedroom with two single beds; bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine.
In the basement there are still tanks, barrels and tools that were used to make wine. From here or from the gate on the road leads to a private garden, complete with garden furniture and barbeque: ideal to relax in peace.

In 10 minutes by car you reach the capital of Bagni di Lucca, where you will find all necessary services: Bank, post office, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.
Both at Bagni di Lucca and in various surrounding villages taverns and small restaurants offer excellent cuisine.
The area around Dribble is perfect for all holidays if relaxation: in 10 minutes by car you can reach Bagni di Lucca with its famous thermal baths, natural cave and the beautiful swimming pool with thermal waters surrounded by greenery.
If you prefer a more dynamic vacation you can go on excursions on foot or mountain bike to discover the villages scattered in the hills. On request it is also possible to do quad rides, horseback riding, rafting. In winter the ski slopes of Abetone agreement are only half an hour drive agreement.
La Casa del Nonno is also an ideal starting point for discovering Tuscany, the majority of the most beautiful cities of Tuscany is indeed reachable in a short time. Lucca is the closest art city, a 30-minute drive away. In an hour you reach Pisa, where you can't miss the world-famous leaning tower. A visit to the beautiful Florence is a must and worth the 80-minute ride by car.
If you prefer a day at the beach in an hour you can reach Viareggio with its beaches and the famous promenade in liberty style.
For those who arrive by plane, the nearest airports are that of Pisa and Florence.
