Important Notation: The above Traveler did not arrive on the day of their reservation! Also the traveler never noticed us of there delay: They arrived the next day at 10 PM at night. The unit they had reserved as no longer available, we assumed they were a NO Show! The unit they had reserved was rented the day after they were to check in. The unit they reserved is very super, as depicted in the pictures. I offered them a their money back minus the 1 day they no showed. They asked what we had open. I told them I did not have any units open but my neighbor upstairs rents units but they are not as NICE as ours. The client went to floor 8 above us viewed the room and accepted the unit. They were happy we could locate them alternately. So in fact I helped them out when they would have paid 200 a njght at the Marriott next door only to have them give me a black eye. The customer never even stayed in my unit. It is obvious if you read this review they were not please with me or Panama for that matter. People love our units and they are unique. Final note we have full glazed windows and its very quiet in our unit. The unit upstairs has jalousy windows which are escentially slatted windows and they are horrible noisy. Of of course this client would be disturbed by the noise as that neighbor unit is very loud, we are in the city city center. Our location by the Marriott is actually quiet off the main throughfare streets and in the SAFEST Location in Panama City. . So please do not rely on this review. Read the other reviews we have from people who do arrive on time and actaully stay in my places. Scotty your Panama Host and Owner!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Scotty (the owner) a message.

If Scotty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
