Nice two-room apartment in Arbatax, on the east coast of Sardinia. The newly built apartment, in an optimal position, not far from the sea, between the bay of Porto Frailis, Cala Moresca and the center of Arbatax. In a quiet, residential area near the children's playground. It is located on the first floor with independent entrance and covered veranda, is composed of: large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom, with 4 beds. The apartment is carefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, the ideal place for beach holidays in Sardinia. The neighborhood is very quiet, residential area, but near the center of Arbatax, which allows you to walk to the commercial part with restaurants, bars, discos, ice cream parlor, supermarket, bank, post office, etc. Always on foot you arrive at the famous Rocce Rosse di Arbatax and Cala Moresca with its crystal clear waters. For lovers of long sandy beaches, nearby is the Capannina beach, or the small beach of Porto Frailis. From the port of Arbatax, which is only 350 meters away, you can take the ship to the famous Cale di Baunei, considered by all the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia: Cala Mariolu, Goloritzè or Cala Luna. The price includes the consumptions and the expenses with the exception of the consumption of the current and the bed linen and towels, available on request to be paid separately. For the electric user, for the entire period of stay, a maximum consumption threshold is available for the tenant of 10 KW / h daily multiplied by the days of stay. When this threshold is exceeded, the excess costs of consumption, calculated in € 0.40 per 1 KW / h, will be charged to the tenant.
