One of two semi detached one bed bungalows with sofabed in lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Outside patio/dining area. Adjacent to large swimming pool, with jacuzzi at one end, outside shower, barbecue and bar area in extensive gardens on private property. An extra fold up single bed is available for use if required. Electricity is metered separately. Also free use of communal washing machine on site. Suitable for families, couples or group of friends. Can be booked in conjunction with the one next door if there are more than 4 persons to accommodate. Smoking is permitted outside only. There is a small freezer box inside the fridge. Maximum number of adults permitted is 3 the 4th person would need to be a child. A cool box with ice pack can be provided for those guests who wish to take their own food on a day out.

Nice lady, very friendly, so glad she enjoyed her visit. Unfortunately the internet signal throughout North Cyprus is very unpredictable and somewhat intermittent whichever provider you go with. However my customers this year (2019) have managed to stream, music and films so I am assuming there has been some improvement.

It was so unfortunate for my guests that their air conditioning unit broke down during their stay especially at the start of a 3 day Bayram holiday when all the shops were closed. There was not one, but 2 faults with the unit so, even though we swapped the outside box with the one belonging to my own bedroom, it only partially resolved matters and we then discovered the computerised chip inside the unit itself also need replacing which is why it took so long to repair. My maintenance man did his best to right the situation as soon as the parts needed were available. However, I totally understand how difficult it was for my guests especially as they were not used to the heat. I did offer them an extra fan and also to sleep in the main house in the spare bedroom which has air con if they wished but they declined both offers.

Why can't I call Jacky (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacky (the owner) a message.

If Jacky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
