Holiday house Villa Zonti is located at a distance of 9 km from the center of Rovinj. Located in a rural area, this beautiful holiday house with swimming pool is perfect for a holiday with a large family. The house has 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a large kitchen and dining room, so it can accommodate up to 10 people. On the terrace close to the pool you can enjoy the warm summer evenings, and the large swimming pool in the backyard, is fully protected from the curious eyes. In the garden there is a barbecue, so you can spend all day sunbathing, swimming and barbecuing, and so have a perfect vacation.

Casa splendida, arredata con eleganza ma comunque il gusto delle cose di campagna. Spaziosa e ben gestita. Piscina molto bella nel piano rialzato con angolo barbecue. Consigliata !!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
