Il massimo del confort al centro di Roma. Un appartamento nuovissimo, di 100 metri quadrati, arredato con stile, moderno e funzionale.

L'appartamento si trova a cinque minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro, sempre a piedi si raggiunge in dieci minuti Castel Sant'angelo e i Musei Vaticani, in quindici minuti Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori e piazza del Popolo. I collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici sono ottimi, in due minuti si raggiunge a piedi la piccola Stazione S. Pietro che collega l'appartamento a Fiumicino, alla Nuova Fiera di Roma e alla Stazione Termini. Dietro l'angolo si trovano anche numerose fermate dell'autobus per arrivare in tutti i punti di interesse della città, se invece si preferisce la metro basta attraversare San Pietro e si arriva alla prima stazione.

La zona è molto tranquilla e sicura, ricca di bar, ristoranti e pub per bere una cosa prima di rientrare a casa.

Proprio sotto l'appartamento c'è un ottimo forno che sforna costantemente pane fresco e pizza.

Nello stesso quartiere ci sono tre supermercati e numerosi negozi tipici.

L'appartamento ha un ampio salone con un comodo angolo cottura, tre stanze (due triple e una doppia) e tre bagni con doccia.

Il salone si apre sulla terrazza di circa 20 metri quadrati, ha un divano letto per due persone e un tavolo da pranzo in legno per sei persone, allungabile per accoglierne fino a 10.

La cucina è dotata di tutti i comfort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore, microonde, forno, bollitore, spremiagrumi, tostapane.

I bagni si trovano all'interno delle stanze sono in resina ed ultra moderni: hanno doccia, un grande specchio, asciugacapelli e un comodo piano di appoggio.

Le stanze sono tre:

- stanza rossa: 12,5 metri quadri è dotata di un letto matrimoniale, tv lcd, aria condizionata, bagno privato,,si affaccia sulla stessa terrazza su cui si affaccia il salone.

- stanza blu: 14,5 metri quadrati è dotata di un letto matrimoniale, letto singolo, tv lcd, aria condizionata, cassaforte,bagno privato, si affaccia su un balcone.

- stanza bianca: 16,5 metri quadrati è dotata di un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo, tv lcd, bagno privato, si affaccia sulla stessa terrazza su cui si affaccia il salone.

In casa si trova anche un dvd palyer, stereo, wi fi libero, telefono fisso per chiamate urbane.

Questo è l'appartamento ideale per chi desidera dormire in centro ma in un'area residenziale e silenziosa, sfuggenti alla confusione di altri quartieri centrali della città.

Situato al primo piano con ascensore. Parcheggio gratuito in strada, garage privato disponibile a partire da 20 euro al giorno.

Why can't I call Francesca (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francesca (the owner) a message.

If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
