Ard Na Mara is recently completed luxury holiday home with a spacious open plan lounge, sun room, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a open fire and house has central heating throughout. The kitchen is modern with a dining area adjoining the lounge and sun room, large windows take advantage of views of Sheephaven Bay, Horn Head, Tory Island and Atlantic Ocean.

The reception hall leads to a double bedroom, children's bedroom and adjoining main bathroom. The staircase leads to the galleria on the first floor connecting 2 large master bedrooms complete with en suites. Each bedroom has panaromic views of mountains, cliffs, Island of Tory and out to the Atlantic Ocean.

NOTE: Families only, the house is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children.

A 25% deposit is required on bookings with balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure.

Payment in full required for bookings made less than 6 weeks before holiday.

The style of the house incorporates a blend of contemporary and traditional features. The ground floor has natural pine floors, natural slate and a natural stone fire place. The kitchen is large, well equipped with plenty of storage and breakfast bar. The dining area, lounge and sun room have a southern aspect and benefit from natural light.

There is a 46" Flatscreen TV with Freeview and Blueray DVD in the lounge.

The garden has been extensively landscaped with spacious areas of decking adjoining the sun lounge and leading to natural stone paved court yard on the sheltered side of the house, 'a sun trap on a bright day'. These areas are furnished with loungers, tables, chairs and BBQ available for alfresco dining.

The gardens are well maintained with large lawns and colourful shrubs and flowers in spring and summer.

Parking available for 5 cars.
