Wonderful villa near Comares. 12 pers. Heated swimming pool available. In an outstanding location amidst almond and olive groves and with magnificent views of the land and Mountains.

The villa comprises of a main house with 3 bedrooms and an attached apartment with a further 2 bedrooms. The villa is located on a country road, with a short drive from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely terraces, some being shaded to enjoy outdoors dinners. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to a excellent standard. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 additional bedrooms are in an attached apartment, with a separate entrance approximately 10 metres from the entrance to the main house. Air conditioning is available on a pay as you go basis

the heated swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 15

The village of Comares, the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small Hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is 5 minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada (Alhambra) in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia like, Cordoba (Mezquita), Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.

Next to Torre del Mar is Velez-Malaga with a commercial center El Ingenio and lots of shops and supermarkets.

Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.

Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coast road before you turn for Comares is superb.

1 baby cot and high chair are available but have to be reserved.

1 dog can be allowed but only after consultation and there is an extra cost to be paid.

All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.

The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

-Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove. Electricity is charged at 0.35€/Kw.

Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.

It is possible to rent the villa monthly from January to March.

Cost of the heated pool: €190 per week.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
