La Colline is a large 91m two bedroomed apartment situated very close to the centre of Villefranche on the Basse Corniche. It has probably one of the most beautiful views of the Bay of Villefranche from the large L-shaped terrace which accommodates a dining table and sun loungers. The apartment is part of a small boutique development of only 9 apartments and is very peaceful and private.

The main street of Villefranche is accessible on foot where there are also a selection of shops. It is within walking distance of the Old Town and the Port area with a wide selection of restaurants/bars and beach.The fully functional kitchen is located off the main entrance hall. There is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with two single beds and en suite shower/bidet. There is also a wc located in the corridor. The very spacious living/dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs with marble floors . There is a sofa bed and a 2 seater sofa in the living room where you can sit and admire the Rade of Villefranche. Alternatively, you can sit on the large 25m wraparound terrace outside. This terrace can also be used as a solarium during the winter months as it can be partially closed in like a conservatory.

There is underground parking available and the apartment residents are welcome to use the outdoor pool facilities. There is a local bus stop for Nice and the Port of Villefranche located outside the apartment building.

This boutique apartment develoment, consisting of only 9 apartments is situated in a prime location in Villefranche. It is a quiet residential location, yet located within minutes of the town centre of Villefranche with all its amenities. There is a private gated entrance. The gardens are very attractive and contain an outdoor swimming pool for your enjoyment.

From the outset we have always endeavored to provide a quality service to all our customers while at the same time listening to their feedback and aiming to accommodate their particular needs. We have received many repeat clients over the years who have always been satisfied with the standard of the accommodation, the spectacular views of the Bay of Villefranche from the apartment balcony and the level of service provided during their stay. We have employed an agent in Villefranche who represents us to our booked clients, maintains the apartment and addresses any repairs needed. Therefore, we are disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction with the service you received and aspects of the accommodation which you mentioned were not up to the standard you expected on this occasion. As you can appreciate, an unforseen breakdown/repair issue can arise during a rental period and as soon as we received your email informing us of the problem you encountered, we contacted our agent on site to rectify the issues identified. We offer you our sincere apologies if the issue was not rectified to your satisfaction and we have been in contact with our local agent in Villefranche to express our disappointment. We have been working to resolve this issue and as owners of the apartment we also holiday there at various times during the year and require the same standards of accommodation and service as our clients. Superb Apartment in Beautiful Location

We really enjoyed our stay at La Colline. The location is magnificent with great views of Villefranche and easy access to buses and trains to Nice, Beaulieu, Menton, etc. Highly recommended.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
