An Authentic, 4 bedroom French farmhouse with heated swimming pool & Sauna nestled in it's own 10 acres of Dordogne countryside. Set within beautiful French countryside this 4 bedroom farm house with heated pool contains all the character features to be expected. This includes original stone fireplace with woodburner, beams, terracotta tiles and a 4 poster bed, but also contains all modern appliances such as dish washer, washing machine coffee maker, Wi Fi onsite for those that like to keep in touch with the world. With many outdoor activities on your doorstep such as kayaking, cycling, swimming and walking there is plenty to do for all the family. We also have a Zip Wire ride on site for the kids. With tracks and paths leading straight from the property it is a perfect place to come for keen cyclists and walkers. There are many local markets in the area, the main one being Riberac of which is the largest in the Perigourd. Here you can taste the delights of the local food and wine and enjoy a coffee in the many French cafe's as you while away the day. Or you can relax by the pool surrounded by fields of sun flowers while enjoying a locally sourced wine. All pool furniture is provided for the comfort of all our guests. There are also local leisure beaches, rivers and golf courses all within a short drive. The local village of Grand Brassac is only 2.5km away where you will find a café / shop where you can order your bread for each day. There is a lovely walk through the woods into the village or it is a 5-10 bike ride. We also provide bicyles for all members of the family if you are not able to bring your own. The English owners live on site with their 3 horses and 2 dogs and are there to help with any questions you may have and to help you have the best possible holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lizette (the owner) a message.

If Lizette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
