This delightful villa is set within lawned gardens with palm, carob trees and flowering plants, a pretty pergola area and a splendid 8x4m swimming pool with ample sun and shaded terrace areas. During the day relax at the pool or stroll to the beach, in the evening enjoy your al-fresco dining with a lovely built-in BBQ area and terrace dining furniture.
The interior of this lovely, spacious and well-furnished villa provides modern décor throughout. Downstairs accommodation includes a galleried staircase with seating area overlooking the hallway, a separate fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine microwave, toaster, coffee maker with breakfast bar and stools. Lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, satellite television, DVD player and patio doors leading out to the front garden area. There are two twin bedrooms and a separate large full family bathroom and one master double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Access door to the garden and pool area.
Upstairs accommodation provides one master double bedroom with a private spacious balcony with sea views and another double bedroom with television (local channels). Separate access to another sun terrace and a separate full family bathroom.
Villa Bonita is a spacious, well furnished villa in a fabulous beach location and within walking distance of local restaurants, highly recommended.
