This singular villa is located in a beautiful estate of 12 hectares in a paradisiacal environment, the Parque Natural of Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche, declared a natural park. Part of a restored old mill, nestled among trees of this lovely wooded area. This Finca is located in one of the last towns in the Comarca de la Sierra, near the border with Portugal.

It's a very particular housing part of an old mill from the 18th century, a concession of the reign of Carlos III, undergoing a complex process of rehabilitation and interior design undertaken by the design team of “Agua de Sevilla”. The villa is located in the village of Las Chinas, belonging to the municipality of Galaroza, which according to the Islamic name (a-Jaroza) means 'Rose Valley', 'Valley of the maiden's or 'Valley of the bride'.

The architectural project of the recovery of the House has respected the traditional aesthetic area, using noble materials of the place: wood, stone and terracotta, all without giving up the comforts of our time, which makes it a perfect holiday home.

Throughout the year the estate is served by a local marriage of caretakers, staying close by and available to the guest when requested. They can provide you with information and advice about the area and prepare them on request some food and homemade pastries.

The property is built on three levels:

The entrance leads into a spacious living room with different seating areas and a fireplace; superb dining room provides another important stone fireplace and a cosy kitchen, perfectly equipped with a second dining room with views of the garden.

On the first floor you can enjoy three spacious bedrooms with their corresponding bathrooms: the first bedroom is a double bedroom in a spacious suite with private lounge, fireplace and a breath-taking views to the sierra; the second bedroom contains two beds of 1.00m x 2.00m and has together with the third room access to the balcony. The third bedroom has also a private lounge area, two beds of 1.00m x 2.00m.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with two beds of 0.90m x 2.00m, en suite full bathroom and access to the outdoor garden.

Life in the Comarca de la Sierra revolves around to its natural places, economic engine of the area and a real attraction for nature tourism. The visitors can enjoy a great example of sustainability and biodiversity, landscapes forest of fairy tale, sown pastures of poplars, chestnuts, poplars, Oaks u olive trees and peaceful and hospitable people. Not to mention a select cuisine based on products of the area, your vegetables from organic farming to the Iberian pork derivatives, highly appreciated in Spain and abroad.
