Centrally located offering an ideal setting for a broad range of holiday interests.

Close to the last great wilderness of Europe, there is mile upon mile of hills and mountains with hidden lochans and wildlife plus a choice of picture postcard beaches all nearby. Cycling is growing ever more popular in the area and scenic rolling roads provide some great tours. Hands on events also provide several renowned cycling sportivs on the west coast each year. There are some fabulous restaurants, including the award winning 'Old Inn' renowned for seafood and home brewed ales with live music at weekends.

Gairloch has a mild climate and unlike most of the UK, the west coast of Scotland had a brilliant summer last year with no rain for several months!


Close to amenities but still very peaceful. Childrens playground close by and a small beach just in front of the house. Larger beach approximately 2km away.

"Great Location"

Quirang is ideally located with local shops, chemist, hotels, gift shops, etc all within easy walking distance, as is a stony beach only 100 yards away. The main beach in Gairloch - Golf Course Beach … More

The wi-fi signal is from the radio station and they are currently investing in a higher antenna with a more powerful signal which should result in a very good service at the house in future. The double glazed windows have been measured up recently to be replaced. The noise from the toilet flushing is related to water pressure and a plumber has been contacted to fix this. A visitors book has also been ordered.

A new freeview digital Tv has just been installed. Wifi has also just been set up at Quiraing.
