The caretaker lives in a small independent wing of the Castle and without disturbing your privacy is available, on request (to be paid for on location) to preparing you a delicious Tuscan meal with genuine products or for cleaning service.
All essential services are in the small town of Gaiole in Chianti a mere 5 minutes drive away whilst in the hamlet itself there is a small bar where you can enjoy, early morning cappuccino, a light lunch, or simply while away the hours sipping the local wine and watch life slowly passing by.
